  How can we call these people advisers? I've had an urgent problem for days and my advisor still finds a way to put my request on the back burner even though I've been calling for days. Open an account elsewhere or transfer your account elsewhere. Because enough is enough!

  Since it is impossible to get an answer from my advisor either by email or by phone, maybe a public message will make you react... Are you only there to charge us fees in the absence of services??? What is the point of having an advisor who is not reachable but who must certainly be present to charge fees??? But you should definitely be commissioned on what you take from your "customers"... Perhaps an adviser from the Port agency will take the trouble to pick up his phone...

  Mail send to the advisor since December 2020 for a response to a request that was still urgent. Follow up 4 months later to get the answer. Never answered emails. 1 years ago it was for the school insurance contract ditto.

  Ghost Agency, No interlocutor will answer you whether by email or telephone (30 ene call passes over two days) Gabier deffecteux swallowing your withdrawal card for no reason. Director Isabelle Garsault, receives the emails, but does not answer them. Amateur bank without professional conscience for its users

  This is a bank to avoid. An advisor who is not listening to customers. You are asked for documents to provide but they are unable to give you an answer a month later when you are promised to give a follow-up in ten days. And it's barely if you are given a minute when you come to relaunch your request and again......
