Each time, only one secretary out of two welcomes the patients, the other chats, laughs with her colleagues, while the crowd is piled up, standing in front of the door (pregnant women, elderly people, etc.). The analysis technicians seem to be bored and going around in circles waiting to be able to take care of the registered patients.
