  Unbearable waiting time. Each time, only one secretary out of two welcomes the patients, the other chats, laughs with her colleagues, while the crowd is piled up, standing in front of the door (pregnant women, elderly people, etc.). The analysis technicians seem to be bored and going around in circles waiting to be able to take care of the registered patients.

  The secretaries are really, really not welcoming or understanding. For PCR tests, it's fine. Avoid as much as possible if you want a courteous and warm welcome

  Friendly welcome from the technicians for nasal sample covid test. Quick delivery. May a BIG ZERO POINTED for the reception staff of the lab, No courteous, warm or friendly welcome. we have the impression of annoying them and I am weighing my words!!! GO DO BACK OFFICE, if you don't like the reception that much!! a big downside also to the telephone platform informing you of your waiting position (very good, nice idea) but when you have waited 9 minutes on the phone and it is finally your turn, it hangs up on your nose asking you to call back . PHYSICAL AND PHONE RECEPTION TO BE REVISED

  Real incompetent pr test covid child. D'autee laboratory on lz port its more effective. Reception of samplers to review as well as their behavior towards the parent.

  The laboratory is supposed to close at 6 p.m., I arrive at 4:40 p.m. and I am told that it is no longer possible for a blood test. Not welcoming the girls at the reception.
