  I made a refund request which was rejected without my being informed. Emailed, no response. When you call it pays 15 cents per minute and after 3 minutes you are told that the service is closed. A shame, it's pathetic to treat the members this way. On the other hand, your account is debited to him every month. I'm going to write to headquarters, we'll see if they do better. I'm seriously considering changing insurance.
