  Received by Doctor Thibault. Painful care, more than unpleasant secretaries, waiting 25 minutes without excuse. Mutual card lost and then finally found. No concept of patient care. To flee.

  I've never seen such a flippant, rude secretary. My mother was always at the appointments and was followed by Dr. Rosey. Today, she wanted an appointment, the secretary said she didn't go to the appointment, so we crossed out this person and hung up. A lie !!! My mother has always handled her consultations well.

  Unbearable from 8am already so I don't even advise you to go there during the day no professionalism no diplomacy with patients, don't do a job where you are in contact with people if you have no patience with people!!!!! I now understand the availability of this firm, people probably don't come back to it 🤮
