::I've never seen such a flippant, rude secretary. My mother was always at the appointments and was followed by Dr. Rosey. Today, she wanted an appointment, the secretary said she didn't go to the appointment, so we crossed out this person and hung up. A lie !!! My mother has always handled her consultations well.
