  They have not lifted deposit off my card after I returned the car. On returning the car ( all in good order ) I clearly asked to make sure they lift deposit. I had to do urgent money transfers as someone was waiting for it but funds on my account were blocked by ITC Tropicar. After contacting my bank I had one conversation on the phone with the lady from ITC office. She said she will ask someone else to give me a call. Never happened. She never answered my call again. Beware !!!

  Pas de regrets sur le choix du loueur. Rapport qualité/ prix correct. Accueil téléphonique pour renseignements et aux guichets (aéroport et St Gilles) vraiment agréable. Petit bémol sur la marque du véhicule loué, le similaire est un peu moins "souple"....surtout pour 1mois.

  Hey there, NEVER book a car via ITC Tropicar and NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS! I wanted to book a car, but I NEVER got a confirmation for my booking. But one month later they just took MY MONEY from my credit card. I discussed a very long time with them, but they didn't give back the money. I visited their office and they confirmed me, that they will give back MY MONEY, but I never got it. They just said, that I haven't made a booking which I can cancel and because of that, I can't get my money. They wrote it, when I was at my home again, but at the office they confirmed me the cancellation and that I surely get back the money. I have several mails, which confirm a cancellation and that I would get back my money! ONCE AGAIN, I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION AND THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY. I WROTE WITH THEM OVER TWO MONTH TO GET BACK MY MONEY, BUT THEY ANSWER REALLY RARELY IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BOOK A CAR AT ITC TROPICAR!!!!!!
