  Problem post: often closed, only one counter not practical on certain days, and I STRIVE, very poor reception from certain counters who refuse priority to the disabled (not all of them, they come in turn). This leaves more room for the contemptuous behavior of those who make fun of invisible disabilities. I won't go into details, but a lot of things need to be reviewed!!!
