::My experience Following a withdrawal from the distributor on 06/01/23, the tickets were swallowed by the distributor because, distracted, I took them too late. Monday 10/01/23, I go to the counter to report this fact. I am taken into account in a very professional way by the male staff (Priority PROS counter) for the formalities… On Tuesday 01/11/23 at 8:45 a.m., this gentleman called me to inform me of the rest. I immediately go to his counter: after the usual formalities, the amount "swallowed" is returned to me in "cash".
