  I made an appointment for my son with the orthodontist. Super doctor and very nice he knew how to put me at ease because at 8 years old it is stressful for a mother to see her son put on braces.

  The two general practitioners are very kind and attentive. Contrary to what many comments say, I have always been well received by the secretaries. For gynecological follow-up, Dr Berthelot is great! She knows how to put you at ease, listens and examines us gently. I've been going to this office for 2 years and everything has always gone well.

  In the emergency for my wife who has an illness, and following our plan to have a child which failed... we consulted this Cabinet... and it's a disaster... they took my wife for a ride , we make people walk for money stories... the secretary at the reception! Is casual! Unprecedented non-professionalism! Vulgar! And bye!!! We weren't able to meet a professional... because our appointment was canceled without telling us. so I can't judge the Medical abilities. For your health ! To flee!

  The Secretary !! My pregnancy is going badly, I'm in pain and the secretary is cold, tells me that they don't take my health insurance and sends me to get cash quickly in the heat so as not to be late (no other means of payment , not specified beforehand), she has no change so then sends me to the service station to top up, Other adventures follow, it bothers me for appointments that they themselves forgot to cancel, I need to call 14 times to make an appointment when I'm present on site, that's me. cancels appointments (for reasons of emergencies which I can understand) without replacing them and laughing in my face while I move for nothing in short the antipathy made this experience traumatic

  Followed by midwife Laurie and Dr. Berthelot. Nothing to say they are good professionals they put at ease and make us feel good in the most intimate moments. The secretaries are for the most part nice and accommodating. One is not very attentive, seems stressed and does not know how to look at people when she talks to them, which is quite unpleasant when you add a mask and plexiglass to have simple communication. On the other hand, confidentiality is not respected in the waiting room, we hear all the exchanges with the secretaries and know the reasons for consultations….
