::Very nice home. The blood test was done gently and the nurse puts you at ease and is very kind. I recommend this lab.

::I came across a really unpleasant secretary. When I arrived, I waited a few minutes and finally the secretary on the covid side went to get her colleague. She came back with her cell phone in her hands and we probably disturbed her! And there, incredible but true, I was alone and gives in the waiting room and in addition I am pregnant but she answered the fixed telephone and her personal conversation (she would work too much! She was only complaining) lasted I don't know how many minutes. After a while, I get up and I take the 100 steps because she doesn't finish her personal conversation on the phone: only then does she say that she has to hang up, looks at me and says "come" without even hello or Sorry . No embarrassment, no politeness, no envy. Why work here?! Luckily the lab is very nice!

::I come here to confirm the unpleasant reception in this laboratory. I have the impression that the secretary doesn't like people... she gives information drop by drop, and doesn't try to help, quite the opposite even... I had called on the phone, and they told me that with a test on honor, there was the possibility of doing a covid test covered by social security. Arrived on site, I was told that being in contact was not enough, that I had to pay. Then I said that I had been told that with a sworn statement it was possible... She told me she is or your statement, then she gave me a template to fill out. She was borderline humiliating in her way of doing things. She told me that it was up to me to bring the sworn statement, when she had some ready. Then what happened, she told me that at the level of the contact case, it is on validation of the ARS by SMS. That the ARS does not systematically validate the support, and that I would have to reimburse if they refused to regularize. So I took all my documents, and I left. What is certain is that I would go elsewhere to do my blood tests because I had a prescription, never again RéuniLAB Océan.

::It would be necessary to think of changing the secretaries, they are unpleasant and not welcoming at all, they have no respect for the patients and do not know the rights of citizens. I do not recommend this laboratory to all FRENCH citizens, because social discrimination (vaccinated or not vaccinated) is very present there!!! Thank you for respecting the values ââof FRANCE: FREEDOM, EQUALITY AND FRATERNITY. These values ââare not respected in this firm, make sure to change your mentalities for the good of all. We are human beings before having this privileged status of vaccinated citizen. It's really ridiculous to think otherwise. If I could put 0 stars I would have.
