  Room like the picture, the fridge is on the other side. Otherwise simple but clean. Barking mutt in the immediate vicinity that does this for hours. Only speaks French. Sometimes the water is completely gone or only a little warm water comes out of the tap. In spring, i.e. September/October, it’s still pretty fresh outside and warm water for a shower doesn’t hurt.

  The setting is beautiful Not a sound of engine in the morning... Access is easy and the paths are full of stories... All in all very pleasant

  We rented the 2 bedrooms, the 1st overlooks the owner's living room and dining room, the 2nd is behind the house. No possibility of meeting between rooms to spend the evening together, when we had rented the entire accommodation. We did not feel comfortable; Monsieur was in his kitchen while we were having breakfast in the dining room, he did not speak to us and when we asked him questions he answered coldly.

  Room for rent, ideal if you are looking for calm, tranquility, independence. But it's a bit expensive for what it is, for the same price (or even less!) we have the room + dinner + breakfast in the surrounding gîtes. It also lacked the friendliness, service and welcome that we have in a gîte and that we did not find here. Pros: Room with private bathroom with a very modern look, towels provided but no shower gel. We had the room located at the back of the owner's house, ideal if you want peace and privacy. The other bedroom overlooks the front of the house and is surrounded by bay windows + curtains, perhaps a little less well in terms of privacy. Parking lot to park. Cons: It's beautiful but some installations don't work, because there are quite a few construction defects... To begin with, there is a security problem: the windows cannot be locked (the latch is incorrectly positioned), the shutters cannot be locked either (when you operate the shutter closing handle, you still manage to reopen them from the outside). Then the front door opens and closes with a key with great difficulty (you have to lift the handle strongly, push/pull the door and force the key to make it turn). Inside, the walk-in shower has neither curtain nor glass door, but a wall to separate it from the rest of the bathroom; however, this wall is far too short! result: even being careful, we put a lot of water in the bathroom... water flowing to the toilets because the slabs on the ground are not oriented in the right direction. There are no coat hooks to hang things up. Wifi is very finicky.
