  Country cuisine. I had the chance to have lunch there several times and it was excellent. totally country cuisine. We can arrive by helicopter from Saint Pierre with Jacky LEBON and it makes for a completely incredible restaurant/flight duo. After the meal, you are advised to go a little higher to the waterfall through the small chapel. What happiness To do absolutely

  Beautiful quiet place with a lot of flowers, welcoming owners, typical food from Grand Bassin « Baba Figue », clean rooms. I’ve been there twice, I will go again !

  I had planned to make the round trip during the day, but passing in front of this gîte, with its colorful facade and its pretty terrace planted with trees and flowers, I changed my mind. I was lucky enough to be able to spend the night there, but it is better to book. The cuisine is excellent, with local, fresh and homemade products. And Luc is a perfect host!! And a superb witness to life in Grand Bassin since the 1950s. Electricity arrived there in 1998! A must!
