  Very very disappointed. I ordered for the first time more than a year ago, it went very well, fast shipping. I wanted to renew with an order in December. And since then they have been killing people. They don't answer the phone, text or email. I don't know if it's an advantage or not, but I'm from Reunion, so I still have family there. They went to the postal address, they only found a simple house they are however visible on the market of Saint-Pierre my family will try to see them live. If that doesn't work, I think that I will go to the commercial court of Saint-Pierre

  It wouldn't hurt to answer the phone and stop telling me the wrong things to keep me waiting. Order placed in April 2022, it's January and I haven't received anything. I am not answered on the phone, you are thieves

  Two orders made from them. The first time, they took 2 months to send it to me. I was understanding and renewed my order another time. A mistake can happen. Second order, again. ordered on August 10 and still received nothing on 24/9 despite a reminder by phone. At this level of delay, it's incompetence. To flee.

  thieves! my mother ordered on April 11, 2022, she obviously paid right away! she restarted several times, she was given various and varied explanations and in the end sent nothing! given the other reviews do not order and flee!

  I confirm the previous messages: it is a theft. No return to my requests (messages-calls...) for 1 month. However, their general conditions of sale specify: "Delivery times are only given as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.".
