::We stopped in for a beer and a snack, and they delivered on both. Also enjoyed a nice sunset view right on the boardwalk. Yes there can be a language barrier here and at other places in Reunion if you do not speak French, but also understand that this is not North America. European culture for servers is that they will leave you alone unless you actively wave them over. They did not accept Amex, unfortunately, otherwise would have been 4 stars.

::I put only one star for the location. We didn't eat there but the cocktails are not good at all. A Pina colada with vanilla and Coco ice-cream is not a Pina colada. I tried cause I thought it could be a good version. But it's not so why keep on making it??? The mojito was not good either!

::Very friendly staff and super nice freshly made food and drinks. (From breakfast to dinner, we had it all!) We try to speak French, but communicating in English is also possible (thanks guys!) And the view at the ocean…! Fabulous!!! Our favorite spot!

::My friend from Reunion took me to this restaurant because it was located on the beach with a beautiful view. I asked the waiter if they had a menu in English and he ran away. I have google translator which translates anything so it wasn’t a problem. We waited 15 minutes to get service because he thought we only spoke English. When he heard my friend speaking French he ran over. We ordered and it took over 39 minutes to get our food and we also noticed everyone else in the restaurant did not have their food either. The food was ok but not worth the expensive price. When I went to pay for our meal at the bar, the bartender spoke perfect English. When I questioned him regarding it because we sat quite close to him, he just laughed. When I got home, I had the worse diarrhea I’d ever experienced. I believe I’d been poisoned at the restaurant. So beware English speakers,,if they don’t speak English turn around and find another restaurant who’s customer service is not this bad.

::Nice place, friendly staff (no troubles with English), delicious food (we had Marlin with rice and vegetable as Poisson Du Jour and some desserts - for us the best meal on the island after one week here), reasonable prices. Definitely can recommend. Prefect location to enjoy a sunset above the sea. Unfortunately the kitchen was not opened before 7pm so we couldn't enjoy sunset during the dinner.
