::I just called to make an appointment for my daughter. The very very unpleasant secretary! I understand that they are overwhelmed and no longer take new patients but to the point of hanging up on me I find it inappropriate. A big lack of professionalism!!!

::One of the dental assistants at the reception is unpleasant, and not welcoming. Emergency appointment for a fallen tooth and swollen gum. Arrival on site, after ten minutes outside I dare to enter when a patient leaves. What haven't I done, the assistant's first aggressive reflection. Even the patient sitting in the room looks at me dumbfounded. The assistant almost yells at me saying that my appointment was at 08:30 and not 09:30 (when I had called back to confirm). She doesn't have time for me, that I just had to arrive on time and she had to call back. I explain my case to her, she goes to see the dentist and comes back and always on the same tone repeats there is no room, you have to call back before turning her back on me and going back to her computer. I left with my pain and no next appointment. I still took the trouble to say goodbye. Madam, that you are overwhelmed and that you are not responsible for the schedule, I understand it. However, this whole exchange could have been done with respect and courtesy and not with aggression and contempt. It's a shame because you are the firm's first contact. I assume that given your clientele, you don't really care if you lose a few patients.
