::Disrespectful and incompetent secretary, even insolent. The secretary refused treatment for my child because I did not have a vital card but the up-to-date certificate in my possession. She hung up on me and gave me the wrong address. Zero professionalism should think about retiring or changing jobs if you no longer want to work...avoided... Today December 24, 2022
