::Good morning This morning I went to give the new address of an 82-year-old lady who was unable to move to follow up on her bank statements, I presented her notice of relocation by the SHLMR with her new address as well as the inventory of fixtures of her old address with her new address signed by the representative of the SHLMR and by herself, she has just fitted out, but apparently for the receptionist this is not enough, you need proof that does she live there???? So what to do???? Please tell me what proof do you need?
