They do not answer any of your questions properly, should you still LISTEN to your client. It is certain that without listening we cannot answer the customer in a correct way... In short, after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone before an adviser deigns to answer, needless to say, I still have not had the necessary answer to my questions because the counselor was quote "in meeting". Why take the call if you are in a meeting ???? I believe that if you take a call, it means that you are able to listen to your client and take the time you need.
