They do not answer any of your questions properly, should you still LISTEN to your client. It is certain that without listening we cannot answer the customer in a correct way... In short, after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone before an adviser deigns to answer, needless to say, I still have not had the necessary answer to my questions because the counselor was quote "in meeting". Why take the call if you are in a meeting ???? I believe that if you take a call, it means that you are able to listen to your client and take the time you need. Thank you for his long minutes of waiting and for this short exchange of two minutes completely useless!!!
