  The accommodation is well located. However it is quite small for the price, the bathroom is tiny and the shower leaks despite complaints made to the owner. The owner is unfriendly. There were 2 water cuts and a gas cut in 1 week. The pool is small and unheated. There is no cleaning product, the sheets smell musty. There is little equipment (no oven). The wifi, free, is disastrous. On the other hand the cleaning lady was very nice and attentive. In conclusion, a very average accommodation for a fairly high price

  We have gone to this residence 4 times. We have always been well received by Mr Rifleu. I think it's good value for money. The only downside is the bathroom, which is a little dilapidated.

  Very warm welcome, the owner and his staff are present and very friendly. We are close to the lagoon, close to all amenities, a serious advantage when you don't have a car. The swimming pool should just be heated in July/August for the fifth star.

  The place is well placed, shops nearby, nearby lagoon. The welcome is far from being friendly, the manager, Monsieur.Rifleu, does not shine with his sympathy. In addition, the apartment is not very well maintained, the cleaning on arrival seems to be done on the surface, the cupboards give off a musty smell. Everything is distributed sparingly, a single roll of toilet paper for two weeks, no sponge or cleaning products. The broom provided does not shine with its cleanliness. And in summary, an average price for average comfort. The owner is very condescending with the residents, even ironic, which may not please...
