  My experience Following a withdrawal from the distributor on 06/01/23, the tickets were swallowed by the distributor because, distracted, I took them too late. Monday 10/01/23, I go to the counter to report this fact. I am taken into account in a very professional way by the male staff (Priority PROS counter) for the formalities… On Tuesday 01/11/23 at 8:45 a.m., this gentleman called me to inform me of the rest. I immediately go to his counter: after the usual formalities, the amount "swallowed" is returned to me in "cash". I would like to thank this gentleman for his professionalism, his interest in the client, his responsiveness 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🙏🙏🙏 Happy New Year LA POSTE 😉

  The worst post office I have seen. Personal incompetent, cold and above all who takes people for idiots. Compare your face to the ID card ok that's good! Ah, your signature doesn't match the thing. It's looking for the little beast.
