  1 hour wait to pick up a package!!! This one was to be delivered the day before, but of course we only put a notice of passage while there is someone at home!!!! Availability from 10 a.m. the next day on the notice of passage.... except that no, it's 2 p.m. !!!! Rebelote 1 hour of waiting in the afternoon!!! Terrible service!!!! And spare me your automatic response, we know very well that you have nothing to beat!!!

  Until now the postmen did not take the time to call before filing the transit advice note for my parcels. I got a call for my last three packages. Congratulations on this improvement. On the other hand, 22.50€ of customs for 41.60€ of goods.... It's a bit excessive...
