::This day, Saturday, I arrive at 11:32 a.m. (the lab closes at 12 p.m.) there are no customers in the lab. I say "hello" and I position myself in front of a nurse and a lady from the reception with my analysis paper in hand and my vital card. They are on the computer and manage something... And there, I waited exactly seven minutes!!!!! so that the person at the reception raises his head and finally says "hello" to me!! And informs me in a condescending tone that from 11:30 am, no more analysis will be done, even if it closes at noon! The boss should do a little reframing on politeness to his staff!! By the way, have a nice day.
