::Simply awful! I had to call 11 times 10 times hang up 11th call 7 min wait I gave up, really 0! And the client reception agency schedules are getting better and better, long live the civil servants! 0 customer practicality, The change of bank will not be long in coming! Otherwise we write to them to request the NON renewal of a credit card "Your request has been taken into account": 😂 so they deleted my current card on which I had 3 months of use left (already paid) and they sent me a NEW CARD!
