::The dentists are great. But the office... 1 - I contact the office by email in June to make an appointment (examination + scaling, nothing exceptional), I am told that it is complete and to contact them again at the start of the school year in August 2 - in September, I contact the office again by email to get an appointment, I am given a slot 1 and a half months later... I confirm, too bad, that's the game, I'll manage with my job to be on time at the appointment 3 - not having confirmation concerning the appointment I send an email about ten days later to be sure that the slot has been validated, and it was the case (phew) 4 - day of the appointment, I arrive in front of the cabinet which is CLOSED?! I haven't had any email about it. I managed to be there when it didn't suit me and they put me up! Obviously, I send a dissatisfied email to tell what happened and demand another appointment as soon as possible, leaving my availability (from 5 p.m.). 5 - the following Monday the secretary calls me back to apologize, or rather to justify herself. I was not notified because I did not answer the phone. Except that I received no call and even better, I had never left my number, all exchanges were done by email. "Yes, but you left us a phone number in 2019, we called you, you didn't answer". The number left in 2019 was an old number, and even so, you have my email if I don't answer the phone. I still ask for another appointment as soon as possible according to my availability (from 5 p.m.), I am offered December 15 at 3:30 p.m. So another 1 month later during my working hours. In short, the secretary does not understand anything and does as she pleases. Too bad to lose a patient so stupidly, but go out of their way to get a routine appointment, no thank you. I still want to point out that the dentists are great, I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed at this office, everything went well.

::At the end of last year, it was impossible to have the secretariat. The answering machine asks you to please send an email or a text message. No return even though I did both. When finally, someone answers the phone several weeks later, we are told that they are no longer taking new patients so to try again at the start of the year. So we call them back in March, only to hear that when it comes to new patients, the appointments are only for the end of June..
