  Positive: beautiful villa, good construction, lots of natural stones, pleasant swimming pool but beware smaller than in the photo. Very good kitchen equipment (oven, fridge…): obviously the owner has invested. After all is not rosy: We arrived on Saturday 31/7. 5 pool alarms the first night prevented us from sleeping (we removed the batteries at 3am (*), the Billiker agency, notified the next morning, did nothing during the rental week. The Biliker representative warned us on entering the house that the pressure was low "it's a problem at Entre Deux because the water comes down from the mountain but is treated at Saint Pierre and then pumped up". Indeed a thin trickle of water flowed from the shower especially on the 1st floor and if someone flushed the toilet, then we kept the shampoo on our heads so we planned our showers between the two bathrooms. On Wednesday evening no more hot water, on Thursday morning we warn the agency which explains to us that we must put the electric cumulus if there is no sun. Lack of pot this one was put but without result. Thursday swimming pool frozen when we are supposed to be able to adjust the temperature. On the hot water problem the agency tells us that it sends on Friday (the day before our departure) an electrician. In fact, on returning from the beach on Friday, we saw a plumber who had been called by the owner because he had received a large water bill: this plumber informed us that he had discovered a water leak, that he had clogged it and that explained both the lack of pressure and the fact that the electric cumulus did not go off, so nothing to do with Billiker's explanation. We also noticed that the temperature of the swimming pool was better but we don't know if this is due to the same problem or to the fact that Thursday and Friday the weather was nice while Wednesday it was raining and cold. Note that the owner is building a second villa next door and takes the water from ours for the masons. Other annoying details: There is no air conditioning, it is not a problem in winter because it is cold, on the other hand bring a sweater or even a down jacket because there is no heating either. There are no blankets so bring warm pajamas too. In each of the 3 bedrooms, there is a double bed but only one bedside table. There is no 4th bedroom for a 7th person but a storage room of 4m square. No towel rack in the downstairs bathroom (and a very small one upstairs) No toilet brushes in one toilet and another that comes apart with use Lots of burnt out light bulbs, for example no bulb in downstairs bathroom mirror. No bedside lamp in the upstairs bedroom Nothing to put your clothes in the upstairs bedroom (on the other hand a huge separate dressing room) Lots of electric mosquito repellents but no refills: we discover tiger mosquitoes on the 1st evening (and there is Dengue fever in Reunion) The agency provides "free" two rolls of toilet paper while there are three toilets. The agency does not "gracefully" provide soap for the bathrooms or the toilet, so remember to bring some. …

  Very nice, very quiet. Too bad the pool is so cold when you know that the choice was made based on the mention "heated pool". Perfectly suited for a family or a group of 6-7 people.
