::This day I discover the sweet joys of the new protocol for sending parcels. What's the point in this new protocol other than destroying our forests, stressing out your agents? I did not understand the interest of dematerialization in this protocol. Before we had 1 small paper and you 2 now there are 3 A3 sheets and 4 for you. It's incredible. It would be good if those who laid down this protocol went to the counter. However, your agent was great, it raised the level of the Post Office.
