  Really very bad service, you are made to come back several times with your parcels which weigh nearly 30 KG because the CN23 is not good, to then explain to you that as I have too many parcels I have to go to pierrefond or at the gate while I finish explaining that I am disabled and that I am losing the use of my eyes... In short, thank you for the computerization of everything! I do not recommend. Fortunately, at the gate, a nice lady took care of me and also explained to me that no post office can refuse packages normally.

  Helpful and caring team. An additional counter would not be a luxury in view of the growing population...

  Bravo for the renovation of the premises and especially for the establishment of a pro counter and the priority service that goes with it. It is significant for us professionals who often come for quick services (sending pre-paid parcels, mail withdrawals, purchases of stamps or parcels, etc.) and who were previously forced to wait a long time for our turn in 1 single line. waiting... (me suddenly I was going to St-Louis at the pro counter...). There are still improvements to be made in terms of staff (regularly only 1 out of 2 open counters, due to lack of staff), but this is going in the right direction :)
