  Responsive owner for the arrival we had booked the day before for the next day; beautiful well maintained garden setting ideal for children. Air-conditioned bungalow (even if noisy air conditioning) on ​​the other hand swimming pool unusable (not cleaned) lack of kitchen equipment (no rice pot, no saucepan with lid, only pans), no wifi and no 4g where we were, no sofa to be able to sit down (small rattan bench) in short for 2 nights it's fine but for a long stay blah blah

  A wooden bungalow in a very wooded and maintained area with a swimming pool. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen for rental, barbecue. What better hope for a relaxing stay!!

  Where to start? The site is magnificent, a superb park with trees everywhere Quiet from cars The owners are very nice. Very reasonable price. On the other hand, the gîtes lack maintenance... some have been redone. In our gite everything is old and dilapidated: the window handles broken, the cleaning is done very hastily, the air conditioning makes a deafening noise, it is impossible to leave it on overnight and there is an extra charge. The swimming pool is very old and not very well maintained, some deckchairs are broken... In short, there is enormous potential, it is better to pay a little more and gain in comfort. I hope that with the Renovation of the lodgings This will be the case.

  Geographical location in St Paul interesting in a pleasant setting but the services of our gite deplorable. The light in the toilet no longer works, as does that in the bathroom, the owner installs living room lamps on the floor on extension cords for the duration of the stay (10 days). the TV does not work when we arrive, we must request an intervention. a 12-year-old boy changes the TV for us, the HS TV will remain on the ground in the living room during our stay. the gas bottle is empty, you have to request an intervention again, we are the ones who change the bottles. the air conditioning does not work, the owner explains to us that it is 2.50€ per day and per room. (3 rooms). we pay the option for the stay 75€. As soon as the air conditioning is put into service, we discover the dilapidated state of the electrical network, impossible to use them without triggering the general circuit breaker of the area. A holidaymaker tells us where the electrical outlet is for all the gîtes and explains that it has to be switched on on average 10 times a day. response from the owner, it's normal if everyone uses the air conditioning at the same time we exceed the installed power for the site. We then reset the general circuit breaker every day and several times a day. The cleanliness of the cottage, plates and kitchen utensils are like the rest. the shower column does not make you want to wash, The washing machine is in the bathroom connected to an extension cord with the water heater and temporary lighting. there is no smoke detector in the wooden gîte, nor fire extinguishers. The barbecue is on the terrace at the level of the table which smokes you generously with each use. The fact that it is against the wall of the wooden gîte requires you to provide a means of extinction in the event of a fire starting. Personally we put a bucket filled with water just in case. The swimming pool is not safer for children. Swimming pool which by the way we cleaned ourselves using the robot after having placed the filtration valves. We had the right one morning to the thermal brushcutter around the lodgings of 6:30. We rented the cottage for 7 people, the fridge is more for 3 people. the only shower and the only toilet are not more suitable to receive so many people. The wifi was mission impossible throughout the stay, either no connection or untimely cuts. After expressing our fed up with this situation, especially on the electrical part, we obtained a partial refund on the air conditioning bill (50€). We will not be returning to this area, which could nevertheless be a little corner of paradise if it were maintained and secure. We put one star for the location.

  Very pleasant place however some security measures are to be taken. Pool unsecured. Avoid if you have young children. A lack of comfort concerning the air conditioning which is too loud. Impossible to enjoy the swimming pool if it has rained because the humidity on the light spots near the swimming pool causes the electric meter to jump. We suddenly find ourselves in total darkness (very unpleasant with children)
