  It's dysfunctional. I received a call on a Saturday at 12.25 p.m., 5 minutes before the laboratory closed to inform me that a document was missing from the file for the fetal genetic assessment sent to Paris 10 days before, that I had to call the following Monday (thanks the dose of pregnant stress). I was able to call back quickly before it closed, at no time did we take into account during this call my word, I was accused of not having given the paper in question, I explained in vain that with the secretary we we had together checked on D-Day, that an hour before I was at the practitioner's to have this paper duly completed and signed Because the laboratory had already turned me away for that, that we had checked with Mr. and that on D-Day all the three secretaries, sir and I, had compiled the file correctly. I was never taken seriously, I had to get angry (pregnant) to ask them to review with the Paris laboratory before forcing me to run again and have this document done (Waiting for the peanut sample, according to the secretary that day and thank you stress). We came on Monday without asking anything, the file had not yet been processed at 12:30 p.m., it was necessary to insist that they call Paris in my presence so that they realize that indeed my file was well constituted but that the error came from elsewhere. In the end, two days of pregnant stress for an error of which I was accused but of which I am not to blame. What professionalism…! I pass the nurse who, two minutes before taking the results on the first day, protests about this file, saying that nothing is wrong, drops my file and leaves, annoyed, saying that nothing is right. Whether it's true or not you keep it to yourself patients don't have to pay for stress for nothing and things that don't concern them... In the end, there is little benevolence … it’s sad.

  I arrived today at 9:10 a.m. for a WHO test (diabetes test during pregnancy) I take a ticket and wait for my turn. They take my prescription at 9:30 a.m. to tell me in the end that it will be too short in terms of time because it takes 2 hours for this exam, and that they finish at 11:30 a.m., and that I should have come before 9 a.m., but it is written on your site that you close at 12:30 p.m., the secretary tells me that it's a courier story that comes at 11:30 a.m., and she dares to tell me that it will also depend on how long I'm going to take to drink the syrup, no seriously ?! Basically, they're lazy, especially since the cabinet was empty, no people. This is the second second time that I have been thrown out while I waited! It is a laboratory to avoid, the secretaries are not at all welcoming, nor understandable, and in addition they are extremely slow! I then called the reunitab laboratory in Ste Marie, the biologist told me that if I come for 10 a.m. it is good for them and that there will be no problem. I arrive on the spot, I had a warm welcome and the biologist was shocked that I got thrown out by the laboratory of Ste Clotilde, she told me that the courier can very well wait a few minutes and that they could have very take me well. In short, this is the last time I go to the Ste Clotilde laboratory, never again! It makes no sense !!

  Issue a positive report on a covid test only to come back to tell them the next day and ultimately be negative. 24 hours of stress, isolation, attention to "contact cases" and 1 lost day of work. The error is not admissible !!!
