::6 months pregnant, regularly vaccinated but positive for the following covid self-test today, I show up at the lab 50min before the scheduled closing time to perform a PCR test, but I am shamefully turned away at the entrance "people in situations special we only have that. We close at noon, come back tomorrow”. Ashamed ! How many unvaccinated and non-priority in this queue?

::I would like to thank here very warmly the secretary of REUNILAB in Saint-Paul city whom I had on the phone recently (Nov. 15 around 4:00 p.m.). Unable to get my results online, I contacted her to find out what to do. She did everything, and I assume the watchdog she had to notify, to respond to my request. In the end, at the end of the evening, I managed to get my results thanks to the links that were sent to me by SMS. Such a concern to give full satisfaction to the patient deserved to be pointed out. Thanks again to this kind secretary and to the computer specialist.

::Organization clearly to be reviewed for PCR tests. Two people only: one who welcomes and only one person who does the tests, who arrives at 7:25 a.m. with his little pastry in his hands. Result: at 7:40 a.m., 3 people who have already passed with the person who welcomes them are waiting and no test has yet been carried out. With more than a dozen people waiting to be taken care of. The sheets to be filled are put on the table, no order of passage specified so people take the opportunity to pass in front. I do not recommend.

::We arrived this Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. for a PCR test 48 hours before for a baby who must have surgery on Monday morning as specified on the hospital prescription. I had called the day before and I was confirmed that with a prescription the appointment was not necessary. On the site it says closing at 1 p.m. And yet, the staff present refused to take us and all the people who arrived after us, i.e. more than ten people. Claiming that the biologist had decided so for overload with for info a simple paper stuck on a chair inviting us to come back tomorrow. Beyond the staff who were very unpleasant, it is unacceptable that in the midst of a pandemic a private laboratory refuses to screen patients who flock and arrive before the official closure. Many contact cases will not return. It is certain that this type of practice will not help to end the crisis!
