::Dr. ECARLAT followed me for adult orthodontic treatment. If I was initially afraid to undertake the installation of a dental correction device at more than 40 years old, I was quickly reassured after pushing the door of the practice! The whole team is welcoming, professional, caring and competent! My treatment was adapted, my rings almost invisible (important for the professional side), the follow-up and the appointments without incident, punctuality being part of the qualities of the practice. They took my braces off earlier this week, and I still can't believe those are my teeth! I therefore highly recommend the practice and thank Dr. ECARLAT and his team very much for all of their work and their kindness.

::I felt compelled to leave a negative review... I asked to make an appointment for January 2022 for a contention thread, I was told "I'll mark you as soon as the schedule is open, I'll call you back" No call so I repeat my request in February, March... always the same discourse "of the schedule which is not yet open" in June I remind you that we find me an appointment in 48 hours after 6 months of waiting... . I had previously explained that I would need a not simpler restraint wire and a gutter with imprints. The "D" day arrives, a consultation + photos yes because the teeth have moved so an estimate and that's all nothing no wire no gutters no prints just one more consultation that's all no problem solved . So clearly run away you are wasting your time there is nothing professional neither in making appointments nor in the rest I had never before been confronted with this kind of organization
