::Sunday February 5, 2023, we decide to drink a cappuccino with my wife and we are with our two young children. It is 10:35 a.m., the Colombus room is forbidden to enter because people have put the chairs on the tables to dissuade customers from settling down. No other choice than to sit on the high chairs in the corridors of the gallery. Not great with children instead of sofas and armchairs. Not a single smile from the staff present who make it clear to us that they want to go home when the closing time is 11:30 am. The curtain is half down…at 10.35am… In short, the shortfall for the company is nice, especially since they are paid double (Sunday). Luckily I'm not the boss... In short, go your own way...

::Sunday 5/02 morning 10:45 a.m. We were passing through Sacré Coeur and we love the Colombus cappuccino. So a short stopover with them. And what a disappointment. The shop closes at 11:30 a.m. The room is already closed. All the chairs are on the tables. We decide to take it anyway and sit on the high tables outside. The barista was very closed. Not a smile. No tray for two cappuccinos and two muffins... And surprise... At 10.55 a.m. the grid is lowered by half. Ok it's Sunday and we don't always want to work on Sunday. But in the meantime the salary still falls at the end of the service. So we expect a little more professionalism... Nice for the image of the brand...

::I bought a raspberry cheesecake at 4€90. At the second spoon it was all frozen. So I go to see a saleswoman, who replies that they are all like that. That she couldn't do anything, that I had to eat it, come to me and said, "Is it because you don't like it? So I answer: No, I took a passion for it on Saturday there was no problem with it, it's just that it's all frozen there. They didn't want to give me anything in return. Another far nicer seller was understandable. Next time make sure they respond well to customers.

::Disappointed it's last time on the cleanliness in general as if the cleaning is not done daily or badly done ... tables not cleaned and flies !!!??? not pleasant when it lands on your muffin!!! where do they come from? I don't understand
