Arrogance, contempt and nonchalance could very well qualify this person. Lack of Knowing How to be in hell with customers. Even if you don't like your job and you just come here to get a salary, leave your place to a "real" adviser, because he would surely have explained my request with me. I am sure without contempt and arrogance as you could have.
