  Hello I just left this agency because it's a disaster. There is no updating of addresses, so the checkbooks arrive at my old address. It was necessary to oppose the costs incurred. The counselor made a mistake in the opposition on a checkbook and my daughter had additional costs. I'm not talking about the credit cards that arrive at the agency without my being informed.   Catastrophic, after having moved from Reunion to return to Metropolitan France and after multiple steps, the bank took no steps to transfer my PEL to me. At each telephone contact, always the same answer I am told that we will take care of it quickly and nothing has changed for 9 months now after multiple reminders... I despair!!!! Think carefully before entrusting them with your savings!!!!!!!!
