  I come to find out how to open an account, the guy at the reception, I don't know if he was an intern or a real employer, IMPOSSIBLE to answer my questions! he takes my email for which gives me an appointment (so useless and huge waste of time) I come to have an appointment not to receive an email I have understood nothing. In the end I never received the email I have never seen a job so badly done and so incompetent in the end I registered with the agricultural credit who gave me an appointment thank you. None in any reception and information.

  If I gave five stars it is because the bank employee was nice and also because the Cauldron branch in Saint Denis de la Réunion has been refurbished.

  I have always been at Banque de La Réunion and have always been satisfied with the services despite the somewhat high prices. I did not close my account despite my move to metropolitan France. Since it was bought by the Caisse d'Epargne, it is absolutely impossible for me to contact my advisor by phone, by email let's not talk about it. When I return to the island, on the spot it is the cross and the banner to obtain information. I ended up closing my current account with you (the problem ended up being handled by my mother's adviser!), but I still have a savings account, and I still don't know who my adviser is! Can you give me that information?!
