::Traumatized, the dentist dropped my dental crown with the pillar in my throat. He and his assistant just looked at me like "oops" and the guy told me to try throwing up. That's all! The thing got stuck in my throat I had to ask for water quickly because it was impossible to get it out. Then the reception assistants only laughed at this misadventure. Super like "well ma'am why did you swallow" like it's my fault 😒 I won't tell you the after-effects, for 3 months horrible pain in the throat, inability to swallow my saliva, I had to consult an ENT and radiologist paid out of my own pocket of course to see the damage. Because I thought it was really only the crown that had fallen off but no, the big pointed end with it and that the dentist hadn't told me. It was when I saw the radio that I noticed it. Overall horrible experience.

::My mother saw Doctor Hoff and was very disappointed. He was disrespectful, not attentive. He did not want to treat his cavity but gave him a painful descaling. He gave her an appointment in July to treat her cavity, not before! I really do not recommend this dentist.
