  Newly arrived on the island, without a dentist, still with a serious dental infection and severe pain and fever, it was objected to me that the office was not taking on new patients... potential patients in real distress. Total lack of empathy and what about professional ethics ......?

  A devitalization performed on a 3.5-year-old child by Dr. Lusagne....gently, with lots of explanations and encouragement. My son lived very well the intervention and in addition had the right to a small gift to reward him! Thanks to his professionalism, he is not at all afraid of dentists!

  Thank you for the quick return (pb phone). Visit in early 2020. Cabinet at the top. No particular waiting in the room. Top care and explanations. And there's even a screen above the seat (but the movie was a bit short and repetitive...when netflix?!).

  Refusal of care for a 9-year-old child because of being 17 minutes late! You should know that the waiting time is 45 minutes to more than an hour in this office. For the 16 years that I have been going to this office, a child has been denied access to care for 17 minutes. 17 minutes which are not real since the secretaries sometimes take 10 to 15 minutes to receive you. Outside the COVID period, people wait standing outside at times. No later than two weeks ago, I was the first on the list of appointments for the day supposedly and I passed 20 minutes late and we refuse to treat in ti marmaye po 17 minutes! Secretaries not friendly, arrogant, giving a damn ek domoune. In 16 years with all my family, we have never complained about the waiting time and no effort made po in ti marmaye. Too bad, because Doc Wartel is good with his patients. He should train his secretarial department to learn to respect patients and take people into consideration on a case-by-case basis. Because we are not all rude, impatient or rude people who deserve to be sent to the hot roses at the slightest misdemeanor. Decades of fidelity and self-control in the waiting room only to be snubbed by an unsympathetic secretary with no compassion for a kid for being a few minutes late.
