::Completely DISAPPOINTED with the service. I am charged account management fees every month even though I have no support. Ex I sent several emails at the beginning of the year on my bred app or on my adviser's mailbox, no response it's been a few months already. I made several calls to the bred of st Andre or on the direct number of my adviser still no answer. I had to call the bred of the metropolis to make a telephone appointment with my adviser. NO RETURN . you have to run behind to get an answer, it's been going on for years, not to mention that I've been changing advisers without warning. If I could put no stars to tell you how the service and responsiveness are Zero!!

::Very bad experience with this agency. Several changes of advisers made to achieve the same result: no contact, no response to emails, calls or messages via the application. Account maintenance fees charged that do not correspond to the expected services given that there is NO support. Immediate account transfer to another bank after yet another unsuccessful attempt to request information. I strongly advise against.
