::The only banker who hits you is Mrs. Difernand, her colleague, does not want to help anyone, limit sends you for a walk when you need something while your banker is on vacation basically in this bank if my banker is not there well you can scratch yourself to make a withdrawal or other .. what is the point of paying an annual fee to have access to any service! No no no no can't wait for my banker to come back from vacation 😭

::Really very dissatisfied with this bank. I made a request more than 7 months ago, changed advisers three times and no one seems competent and able to give me an answer or to move my case forward. I am taken for a walk and it is unacceptable. I chose bred because it's a local bank, but I'm going to change banks. I am really VERY disappointed, to flee!
