  Worst bank I've ever dealt with... A rotation of advisers every month, no follow-ups and no consistency in the work undertaken. Serious lack of professionalism. Advisors are not reachable and have to go through a whole obsolete procedure for simple steps... I do not recommend this bank at all...

  Avoided, useless team, review your administrative procedures concerning simple things (change of address, day of withdrawal, modification of ceiling etc...) forced 1 star but it deserves a zero point...

And to close his account even by sending registered mail they do not close on purpose I had to wait 2 months after mail and they charge mail ajo etc...
