::Mail send to the advisor since December 2020 for a response to a request that was still urgent. Follow up 4 months later to get the answer. Never answered emails. 1 years ago it was for the school insurance contract ditto.

::This is a bank to avoid. An advisor who is not listening to customers. You are asked for documents to provide but they are unable to give you an answer a month later when you are promised to give a follow-up in ten days. And it's barely if you are given a minute when you come to relaunch your request and again......
